Amanda Schaar is Sprout’s Director. Amanda was born and raised here in Charlotte County. She is a graduate of Charlotte High School, and received her Childhood Development Associate Certificate (CDA) at the Charlotte Technical center at the same time as her high school diploma. Since then (2012), she has been teaching in the early education field and loving every minute. She Started working at Bloom (Now Sprout) as an Assistant VPK Teacher, Since August 2013! She continued her education to earning a position as a Lead VPK Teacher, Then a Lead Three-Year-old Teacher. Her Education continued as she got her Directors Credential in 2020, and her Associates Degree in 2023.
She loves helping children Grown, learn new things, and the excitement they experience as they obtain a new skill. Amanda has three wonderful boys who also spend time at Sprout Academy. When she has free time, she encourages her kids in extra curriculars such as Basketball and Soccer. She also enjoys relaxing at home at watching a good movie!
