Jacquelin Mappes (Ms. Jackie) Is A Florida girl and was raised right in here in Charlotte County! She graduated in Port Charlotte High School and received her Childhood Development Certificate at the Charlotte Technical Center at the same time that she received her Diploma. After attending Edison Community College (known as Florida Southwestern State College). She went on to study Massage Therapy and was a licensed therapist for eleven years. She worked in different medical clinics across SWFL. In 2018, She decided in a career change.
Working with children was something that always made her truly happy, she started her new journey at Sonshine learning Center in Venice. She was a VPK teacher and a lead teacher in the Three-year-old room. I love working with children and creating a safe, fun environment for them to learn and grow. Outside of the classroom She enjoys movies, hiking, and spending time with her family!
