Tina Rambo is the Director and Co-Owner of Sprout Academy. She has been involved with the Early childhood field for over 10 years. She began regularly teaching in the early childhood field over 7 years ago. Her journey began with Bloom Academy as an infant room teacher and continued to become a Preschool Director of this very location 5 years ago. After getting this school situated and training the new director, she assisted Bloom in the opening of their Punta Gorda facility where she remained the director for over a year, until she co-purchased this Deep Creek location with Ramona Moeller. Everything came full circle and she feels like she is back where she belongs!! Tina was born right here in Charlotte County and has lived here all her life. She attended Sallie Jones and East Elementary, Punta Gorda Middle School, and graduated from Charlotte High School. She also attended Florida South Western; however, she finished her degree in Early Childhood Management at Tallahassee Community College. She and her husband of 20 years are the parents of 2 high schoolers Carl and Michelle. Her kiddos both attend the same schools she and her husband did growing up. Tina spends her extra time, volunteering with Girl Scouts, enjoying photography, and reading books. Early childhood education is her passion, and she wholeheartedly believes that a Child’s love of learning starts at a very young age.
